NOTE
	As  I  have said a few times already, v1.3beta is for WB 3.0 and above
	ONLY!  If you have anything less go back and install v1.2

Installation

	a)  First of all you have to have mosaic running in order to get v1.3.
	  So if you have'nt got mosaic yet go back and get v1.2 installed and
	running.

	b)  Reboot,  get onto the net and run mosaic, once you have got to the
	Amiga Home Page download v1.3beta.  Quit mosaic and log off the 'net.

	c) De-arc the downloaded file.

	d)  Rename  v1.2  mosaic  binary  as  old.mosaic,  and  copy v1.3 into
	AmiTCP:bin, just in case :)

	e)  The  format of the 'ENVARC:mosaic/prefs' file has changed slightly
	in v1.3beta for hotlist operation, they are no longer 'RexMacro1 or 2'
	Delete the entries and use the following instead.

	JumpToHotlist        "address command 'run <>NIL: amhotlist'"

	f)  Also if your IP provider supports  proxy put the  setenv's in your
	Startnet file.

	g) Now go to  Testing...1,2,3 and make sure everything still works.
